Our flagship restaurant, the Cock 'N Bull, is looking for a hands-on Front of House Manager to lead our team and drive hospitality excellence. • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during service periods
• Inspire a warm, welcoming, and team-driven atmosphere that guests experience from the moment they arrive.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Manage scheduling, floor operations, and daily service flow
• Train, coach, and develop team members to perform at their best
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth communication and execution
• Manage daily operations including opening and closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations to provide a safe working environment for the team and dining environment for guests.
• Monitor labor, sales, and operational performance goals, to optimize cost control measures and maximize profitability.

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (banquet/event experience a plus)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and positive under pressure
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Hands-on leadership style — you lead from the floor, not the office
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
• Serv Safe Certified or the ability to become certified upon hire
