What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional nail services that leave guests feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for Create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by maintaining top-tier sanitation and workspace standards Educate and guide guests on spa services, treatments, and retail offerings to enhance their experience Stay current with industry trends and meet continuing education requirements Uphold the Forbes Five-Star service standards that define the Kohler Waters Spa experience Why You’ll Love It Here Work in a luxury, world-class spa setting Be part of a collaborative and supportive team culture Help guests truly relax, recharge, and feel their best Grow your skills and expand your expertise in a premium service environment Skills/Requirements A current Nail Technician or Cosmetology License in the state of Wisconsin Previous experience in nail services or a spa/salon environment preferred A professional, polished demeanor with a strong commitment to guest service A team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced, luxury environment Ability to lift and/or exert up to 25 lbs as part of daily responsibilities #LI-Onsite #LI-KS1 Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The average commission plus gratuity per service for this position is $42.00 - $54.00.
