• Strong numerical and data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in billing and invoicing tasks.
• Ability to work reliably during night shift hours and maintain productivity in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications

• Organizational skills to manage multiple invoices is a must

• Prior experience in billing, or customer invoicing is preferred, especially with distribution of a food distribution company

Schedule is as follows:

Sunday is the only daytime hours . The hours are 11 am till approximately 7 PM. Monday through Thursday hours begin at 5 PM till 2 PM. An hour break for dinner

Some nights have overtime until the invoicing is completed. This is mandatory

• The shift isn’t over until all of the orders are completed for the next day deliveries
