Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty – The Salas Team is looking for a motivated Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to help us connect with prospective buyers and sellers, build relationships with potential clients, and create valuable opportunities for our sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys phone-based communication, thrives in a goal-oriented environment, and understands that great service starts with listening. You'll work with incoming leads and follow-up opportunities, helping prospective clients take the next step in their real estate journey.

Income potential: $60,000–$90,000 (base + commission; example: avg rep earns $85,000/year)
Compensation:$60,000 – $100,000+ On-Target Earnings
Responsibilities:Connect with prospective buyers and sellers through phone calls, texts, and emails.
Qualify leads by identifying their real estate needs, timeline, and motivation.
Schedule qualified appointments for our sales agents.
Build rapport with clients through consistent follow-up and exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activity within the CRM.
