· Ability to set and install windows and doors and experience with service with windows and doors in customers homes
Must have drivers license ( be over age 21 to drive company vehicle and be insured through company) and experienced with windows and doors.

Field Service Technician Job Summary: Benchmark Window, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in our Indianapolis, Indiana location. This position will be responsible for: load the days windows and doors on to the truck, perform service calls based on schedule, input data into IA, service calls that are at customer/occupied homes will need to be able to replace/repair glass and screens on windows and doors, adjustments for window and doors when necessary. Follow all safety protocols, including use of PPE. Perform tasks under all weather conditions. Travel time to various locations within the region to service window and doors Required Skills & Experience: High school diploma or GED. Strong troubleshooting skills. Must have drivers license Must be able to lift 50 lbs., climb 32ft ladders, work at heights, and use tools to fix windows and doors Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time within the region to service equipment.
· Obtain and understand job schedule and complete necessary paperwork at end of day/job and turn in to office.
· Ensure you have properly clocked in and clocked out every day
· Be face of BWI on jobsite with Field managers and construction managers and customers
· Treat all customer personnel and BWI personnel with utmost respect.
· Ensure quality of installation of each job meets BWI standard before leaving job site
· Ensure all unused material return to warehouse accordingly and documented on paperwork if not installed at initial jobsite visit
· Ensure jobsite is adequately cleaned up and no debris or trash is left behind
· Ensure no residue from caulk or other material damages or is left on any material or window
· Must wear steel toed boots, gloves, safety eye wear, proper clothing, hard hat, have ladder safety training before use, wear your seat belts at all times in vehicles, no texting and driving, communicate/text with Regional Manager, Crew Leader and crew if out or late or clock in and out issues.
